At The Porch Decorator, we take pride in creating beautiful, seasonal porch displays for your home. Due to the nature of our product and service—which includes custom sourcing and scheduled setup—refunds are only available prior to delivery.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your cancellation request is received before your scheduled delivery date and before your items have been purchased, you are eligible for a full refund.

We are unable to offer refunds after your porch has been decorated and delivery has been completed.
