Pumpkins are all unique and natural—some will last longer than others depending on the weather and where they’re placed. We choose the best ones we can, but can’t guarantee how long each will hold up. Pumpkins that do rot early will not be replaced. Mums should be watered when the top couple inches of soil feel dry to keep them looking their best!

Yes -- While we can’t guarantee exact colors, you’re welcome to leave a note with your order if you have a favorite in mind. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely! Porch packages make such thoughtful gifts for family, friends, neighbors, teachers—you name it. Just enter their info at checkout and I’ll handle the rest!

You’ll choose your preferred delivery week at checkout. Deliveries start the week of September 15 and run through October 28. I’ll plan deliveries based on location and route efficiency, so the specific day may vary. I’ll reach out beforehand to let you know when to expect it.

Yes, removal is available as an add-on! You’ll be able to choose a preferred week for pickup—either the first week of November or the first week of December. We’ll swing by, remove your setup, and tidy things up. Weather may affect timing, but we’ll communicate with you as needed.

Not at this time. Add-ons are only available as part of a porch package order.

If you’ve selected design and setup, I’ll handle it for you!

• For mums, if you’d like them placed in your porch pots, please make sure the pots are emptied and in place. If not, I’ll style the mums as part of the overall setup.
  
• For cornstalks, I can secure them with twine around pillars or prop them near the door. I don’t drill or attach anything to your home, so wind could affect placement if there’s no anchor point.

Your setup will include natural items, so a little care goes a long way.

Nope! We plan delivery routes based on location for maximum efficiency. While we can’t schedule exact delivery times, we’ll send a message a day or two in advance to let you know when we’ll be by. If anything changes, we’ll keep you in the loop!

Each package is thoughtfully curated, but I do offer a few add-ons you can select during checkout. If you have specific requests, feel free to reach out!

Because we source fresh items and plan routes in advance, all sales are final. If something comes up, please reach out—we’ll work with you if we can!
